"Took two dresses to the Amazon drop off in Kohls. This was 2/6/24. To this day Amazon has not received the dresses and Kohls tells me it’s not their problem. Well one kohls employee has two new dresses now. Never again. Sorry store employees"
"There is one associate that me and my fiance always seem to get at the checkstand who is super kind and friendly. I was running late to a Christmas party and she wrapped my gift with the paper they used for clothes wrapping so I didn't have to go run and grab gift wrap somewhere. It would have been really easy for her to turn me away but the extra mile service was something I really appreciated."
