"Came in as an absolute amateur who has only played with house bowling balls who didn't know what they needed. Left with a ball that fits me and how I've bowled to a T with shoes, a bag, and a wrist brace that will help me with wrist fatigue. Absolutely phenomenal knowledgeable service. I wish I could give credit where credit is due but I have unfortunately managed to forget the guy with the nice watches who assisted me."

"I ordered a "used" bowling ball. The picture of the ball "showed and described the "scratches" but were not very clear. When I received the ball, it had two very prominent scars, I threw the ball away! I did not expect a reputable seller to send such an unusable item. I did not feel like spending $16 more dollars to return it. I wanted to warn buyers to pay more attention to their purchases."
