"I had a very positive experience at the Lululemon store at Bridgestreet in Huntsville today. I had an issue with some pants I had purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and Connor and Craig were incredibly helpful. They both greeted me in a friendly way when I entered the store and were eager to provide assistance. They took time to listen and were quick to solve my issue. Just wanted to give a shout out to especially Connor who spent the most time helping me. He was so kind and patient"

"This particular lululemon is placed in a good location and the store has a good presence; however, the service here is very poor. Not one of the employees greeted me when I entered the store, nor did anyone ask me if I needed any assistance (even once I made eye contact). On a good note, Cade checked me out and he was very friendly and helpful. If I weren’t in desperate need for the product I purchased, I would not have purchased anything here."
"This is one of the best Lululemon stores that I have visited. The employees here are very friendly and always willing to help. I will say this store isn’t the largest Lululemon I’ve been too. It they usually have a good amount of inventory. If they don’t have something you’re looking for, they will gladly check for items or sizes that are not currently on the floor. They have mobile devices to scan the QR code on the clothing tag. It will then show them if they have inventory in store; at a store nearby or online. If they don’t have it, they will place the order for you along with fast free shipping. Orders normally ship via FedEx and deliver quickly. Of course the shopping bags your items come with are awesome. They are very versatile and I usually repurpose them for other things like taking to the pool or on the boat. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay and can email receipts."
"This is a nice new store with a modern feel. It is small but they have lots of stuff without the store looking crowed. Sizes are easy to find and the staff was very helpful."
