"My experience was horrible! I spent almost $1,000 in the store. I came back to exchange a Nike jacket from a 3X to a 2X. The manager on duty charged me to do so. I asked her why. She said that that's policy and made me spend money to exchange it. This one was in Huntsville Alabama. Off of University near the Ross. I told them I wouldn't spend no more money in that store and I'll take my money where I'm appreciate it."
