"Front desk service did not communicate with housekeeping when you check out, then right back in when you extend your stay. Which cause room service to still try to enter the room. It's not the room services fault. It was the front desk."
"Friendly staff but horrible guests, loud music alright long, fighting, pot smell all the time. When asked why the guest is still there...well basically, they kept him for the $$. We left."

"Stayed here for about 4 days during my stay to visit family and friends. I checked in with George and he was pleasant. The first room I walked in was still dirty. Literally a pile of dirty rags on the floor as soon as I opened the door. The furniture was also moved and not put back in place. I went to the front to request something else. George seemed to not know what to do. He asked me what I wanted to do. Next time just offer a clean room. Simple. The second room I got to the key didn’t work. So a total of 3 trips back and for to get into a room. A little irritating for it being 4am and tired. The room was clean. Had a weird sticking out of the wall. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work and the fan in the bedroom wasn’t working which made the room hot. I’d stay again"
