"One of the most beautiful parks in FW"
"I've had a life long love affair with this park. I visited as a child, my child played little league here, we had our vow renewal, a kids birthday party and baby shower in the Sears and open air pavilions and taken countless family photos in the display gardens. I also worked with Input Fort Wayne to do a story on neighborhood muralist Suzi Rhee who painted a beautiful mural on the suspension bridge. (GO SEE IT) The paved walking path is spectacular and wide allowing for large groups, bikes, roller skaters and dog walkers to maneuver around one another without any issues. The wooded walking paths allow for a more serene and rustic experience. The playground is large and spacious and has some shaded spots. The playground equipment allows for a wide age range kids to play. This is truly one of the best parks in Fort Wayne."
"Very nice trails make it great for a morning walk. Connected to the Foster Park Golf Course, which is perfect for walking through and enjoying the sunrise. A couple of really nice bridges, a playground, and some paths right on the river to enjoy the water. One of my favorite peaceful places to go in FW!"
"I chose this as my wedding ceremony venue and loved it. Such pretty flowers and trees, there's a perfect gazebo area for ceremonies. We even went back 2 days after our wedding to walk around and take more photos."
