"I have been going there since I moved here so 23 years. I loved this place until today. I had the worse customer service ever. There was a man behind the counter and definitely was having a bad day. In the past I always went into the office dealing with the ladies. I usually spend $1200 a year but literally left pulling my 18' dump trailer empty. Went to a competitor to buy 8 cubic yards of mulch. Great company products but with out customer service it's a loss."
"I come here a lot and have always been pleased with them but today, I bought 12 forty pound bags of potting soil and wound up having to load it onto my truck alone. It was all inside the building and was quite a trek for a 67 year old woman with a heart condition.You need to hire more help."
"The staff was so nice and crazy fast! We pulled in, they weighed our vehicle, they loaded our rocks and we paid. It was super easy and the price was excellent!"
"Super nice people, decent prices. Product (in this case, landscaping rock and mulch) is good quality. Mostly sells in bulk (I think quarter ton?) But also have some smaller options available."
