"This is the best pharmacy ever! I have a special needs child 26 years and been to many local pharmacies through the years ! Once I found Walmart I have never wavered. Twenty years and NOT one complaint. I absolutely love everyone and all the things they do to watch out for my safety as well as my family’s safety. They find the errors in prescription and take the time to get it straightened out for me. Wendy and the team are amazing. Jerry is someone new to me and he is right there doing the same thing. Watching closely and helping my family get the same great care. They are larger then mom and pop pharmacy yet they ask how things are going and know who we are when we call. Never in 20 years have I even thought of going somewhere else! Thank you Walmart Inverness 280."

"Have used them 4 years and overall they do a good job locally. Problem is with corporate refill program. Don't have a cell phone (by choice) so get refill reminders on landline. It won't tell name of drug so I go to pharmacy and they look at account but can't tell me name of drug. Have to wait till I run out of drug, then make another trip to pharmacy. Huge waste of my time and theirs. FIX YOUR COMPUTER PROGRAM!"

"I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. I have repeatedly told them which of my scripts need to be 90 day supplies as required by my insurance. Doctors have written the scripts as such. Walmart comes back and says they can't fill them in 90 day qty and have said they've contacted my insurance and my insurance has said they won't either. However, I had my insurance contact me today and inform me that if I don't start filling these scripts in 90 day qty I will have to start paying out of pocket for them. I immediately contacted Express Scripts and requested to move ALL my scripts to them. In addition, their customer service is sub par on a good day. They do not communicate with customers when they are out of medication for a script they have had for 2 days, they constantly make you wait while they re-run something that you went out of your way to call about to inform them they would need to contact insurance. I am in no way being unreasonable as I have worked as a pharmacy tech and I know the demands and constraints, but my experiences should have never occurred if these ladies were doing their job adequately."
