"This is the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. In the past when I had a couple of rude experiences, I thought it was just the one employee. However, I had a negative experience today with another. I was simply letting the employees know that I had called about about my prescription, not expecting them to have it yet - just as a heads up so they would know that was me. The woman jumped on me with, “Ma’am, we’ve been really busy today!,” and the disdain in her face and tone was degrading."
