"Constantly out of medicine. They instruct you to call days ahead of time to “remind” them to order medicine that they already have a prescription refill on file for. Even then, no guarantee that they will, and you risk being out of chronic medicine for up to a week (maybe more), even when you “remind”. It wasn’t so bad when the pharmacist was kind. They would often try to help solve the issue: Now whomever the pharmacist is on staff is snarky and unprofessional."
