"Generally I like Walgreens but this time I wanted to use the photo center to print some pictures I brought in on a thumb drive. None of the computers were working and the clerk couldn't get them to work. The machines themselves were in bad shape with parts hanging loose. I went to CVS and got it done."

"Clean, well organized store with polished concrete floor. I had an appointment for an immunization at 7:30 pm. There were not too many customers at the time but I waited until 8:10 pm. The staff was friendly and relaxed but I didn't understand why I had to wait that long."

"When I started using this walgreens about a year or so ago I could go to the drive through services and in 15 to 30 minutes I had my prescription filled but the last couple of months my wait time has been 1 to 3 hours that is not good customer service at all and is not putting their customers first. I thought that was very unreasonable to make a customer wait that long for their prescription. Ridiculous really."
