"After waiting 20 minutes to get them to acknowledge me when I was the only one in the drive through- they told me it would take several hours to fill one RX. No, thank you. Terrible business model and even worse customer service. A total waste of my time. You all have lost my business."
"Terrible terrible terrible. Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in Birmingham. They told me my RX would be ready at 12:30 (2.5 hours after it was called in) I go there at ONE and they tell me not only do I not have a RX there I don’t have one at any Walgreens. Then she puts the phone down goes and asks the other employees and comes back and says ok so you do, we are going to need 20-30 m so I come back and they are ALL on lunch for 30 m. What a joke. Thanks for being the ABSOLUTE WORST and making my kid wait on his pain meds. Just close already you are wasting everyone’s time"
"This Walgreens pharmacy is basically incompetent. Each time we get a prescription filled there is an issue. The Dr. calls in the prescription and when we come to pick it up they have no record!"
