"If you have a picc line and have tubing extension so you can administrator your meds, buy the green caps! They don't supply the caps to keep the tubing from becoming compromised. I had to order off of amazon!"

"Horrible company! Called just a day after my husband passed away, called while I was planning my husband's funeral and continued calling over and over. They were rude to my family member on the phone denying that my husband had died, showed up after 9 pm to get infusion pump. insensitive and disrespectful!! Would give 0 stars if I could."

All the nurses that have come to my house have always been professional and courteous. I have always felt taken care by Option Care from the office staff to the excellent in home nurse care. "The nurses a great but the administrative staff stinks! The nurse were once able to make their schedules with their patients. Now they have a schedule who on a whim will change the nurse coming to see you. This is so wrong. I want them same nurse every time (unless an emergency comes up). I really like the nurse I usually have but the last 4 months he's been pulled and sent to someone else. Thinking about looking for a more patient oriented home infusion company."
