"I have noticed that in my visits this year, the sales people seem like they could care less if they help me or not. Not particularly friendly and can't even answer questions about the types of paint. They act like they are being put out if you ask them to look up your account. My overall impression is the Greenwood store has really gone downhill in the last two years in customer service to the individual customer (who's not a contractor.) This is in sharp contrast to the paint people at Menard's and Home Depot who go out of their way to help you, answer questions, even make suggestions. I like SW paint, but I think I will start going to Ace Hardware for Benjamin Moore paints. I don't need the lackadaisical attitude at my Greenwood SW store."
