"After grabbing some gloves,, I was shopping around for 20 minutes, and needed to use the men's room. Employee was cleaning it, so I suggested I use the ladies room. The employee said "it's closed, go to Goodwill". I was not spending my money at Goodwill. I complained to another employee, she said "huh, sorry", but did nothing about my need to use the facilities. Will not be back, I will stick to the East Washington store"

"If I could have left "0" stars, I would have...... For years my husband has LOVED this place and always asked for gift cards. Today, unfortunately, was a game changer....... Yesterday my husband bought a 30" fan and after he assembled it and turned it on, it was very loud and the motor in it was completely fried...... you could smell it burning. So..... he took it apart, loaded it back into the box and returned it to the store today, where the clerk accused my husband of lying. Even told the supervisor he had never even taken it out of the box!!! This woman accused my husband of lying and if you knew my husband, he couldn't lie if his life depended on it!! Our fear is that because they didn't believe him, they will put this fan back on the shelf and sell it to someone else. My husband specifically told them it was a fire hazard. We got the money back for the fan, but only received a gift card for the warranty he purchased. We will be using that gift card at a different location. HORRIBLE customer service. Buyer beware!!"
