"Very disappointed. My husband found brake pads on line for 21.44(or within a few cents of that). He went into the store where the same brake pads were priced at 42.49. They refused to give him the online price. He was told to order them online for pickup and he would get the sale price. He went to his car but could not get back on the website because of some technical problem. Never had this problem with a merchant before."
"This place defines the gas light saying, you buy 6 spark blugs 4 show up at your home. This got the best of me. I bought a clutch kit from the sutozone app. I first based my purchase based off the picture presented, then from the description and stats provided. Listing said clutch disk, self adjusting clutch pressure plate, new pilot bearing. New throw out o rings, alignment tool. I got 1 clutch disk and pressure plate..... took me 4 different locations and at each location I received 1 piece of the missing kit like a game to see how far across the city the could direct me. Each place would say that's the only one on hand then point me far north past multiple other locations. I also would call and attempt to describe the parts I was missing and asked to be reassured all the pieces was on hand at each store before I would drive there as to not waste my time and money. Come on guys."
"I bought wipers (Bosch Envision) and had assistance in picking out the blades. When I got home, the blades didn't have the proper attachment. I took them back and the manager, got the right blades on and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Great experience."
