"Made an $8500 hardwood order, to wait four eeekd until the expected arrival to be told the order was never placed. Given a new delivery date 2 weeks later after issue was “fixed.” This was also missed to a new date 10 days later. Missed again. The manager is less than helpful passing the issue to his delivery team. North store is much better."
"The first time we were there Sabrina helped us out tremendously. We came to pick up our order Sabrina and Trey went above and beyond to help make sure everything went smoothly, and the flooring we bought was protected on the ride home!"
"I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm. The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman. Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough. I also cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Truly wonderful and kind hearted! Update: Lisa is the employees name who I spoke with in the parking lot that day :) What an angel."
"First time visit to the Greewood store. What a great team they have Lisa was the shining star that made it happen for me. She coordinated my tile pick up at another location when their store did not have enough in stock for my project and helped me pick out my glitter grout to complete my project. I can't say enough about the customer service I received . This store has lots of options for all your projects and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store!"
