"We used Cathedral for our new granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, and we were really happy with the entire experience. Cam was really helpful in picking out slabs, and he was quick to revise our quote proposals (we went through a few versions!) so we could make quick decisions. The design template was a big plus. We got to see exactly how the granite would be laid out using the slabs we picked. The installation was on time and went very smoothly. We love the new countertops and are excited to change the backsplash and paint the cabinets next. We will use Cathedral for any future stone needs."

"Had Cathedral install countertops in all of my bathrooms, It went well about 6-7 months ago. Today I called because I bought a new house and needed help with cutting the granite around my cooktop. Called about 3 days ago and was told that someone in shop could help and I left a message after 3 days I called back and asked for the sales Rep Chris Baker, receptionist said she was there and transferred me to her VM. I hung up and called back to nothing but "Hello" I asked is this Cathedral, Yes? I am looking for some help, We do not do that! I asked well, I am a client and spent $7-8k a few months back you cant direct me to anyone, sir we Dont do that! Customer service is not in there wheel house. I called another company (Indy Custom Stone in Carmel) they sent me to a company that could help they were too busy currently to help But very polite and gave number to someone who could help Call them for your needs"

"Great job. Fabrication is costly, but once I have seen how much they do it seems like quite a value. First, the salesperson Chris met with us to talk about the process and show us some of their stone. She also gave us the name of warehouses in Indianapolis where we could view more stone slabs. During this time, she responded to several of my email and phone questions regarding surfaces. When we finally selected our granite, Chris went to the warehouse and evaluated it before they would agree it was suitable for the job. Then another individual came to our house to do accurate measurements for every piece (actually he had to come twice). The third step was a visit to Cathedral where we looked at their digital imaging, using photographs of the slab, choosing where the cuts would be made and visualizing the final look digitally. The final step was cutting and then installation including an undermount sink. They did such a nice job with seam placement that it's actually hard to find the seam. I will follow with some pics!"

"I feel compelled to share my experience with Cathedral Granite because they were wonderful to work with. They are not high pressure, but rather very relaxed and friendly. We selected the slabs and they worked with us to configure the best layout of cuts to ensure our countertops would be magnificent. Also, we had a problem with part of our cabinet install through another company, but Cathedral took it in stride and did our countertop install on two different dates with no complaints or hassles. Their measurements and cuts are absolutely perfect. Their install crew was courteous and professional. In the end we love our new countertops and really appreciate the great service from Cathedral."
