"Terrible company, who thrives off of playing the system in Alabama. 60+ days with no heat, because they won't take responsibility for not checking if utilities work in the house I'm renting. I'm out over 1k, in lost time from work and in power bills and purchases of space heaters. I'm an honest person who hates complaining, but this is a terrible company to work with. I can't afford to give them a 14 day notice before breaking a lease due to their incompetence, and move again. I'm college educated, but poor due to working in the nonprofit sector. I want it trust people, but they are terrible. My own grandfather lived not far from their office, and he would be ashamed to see people not living by what they claimed."
"Home looks nice but is completely unliveable. Todd has smart mouth and no sympathy or compassion. Home was pieced together. Wife is rude as well. No good management skills. Underhanded and lowdown. Wouldnt recommend a ant to rent. And yes my rent was always paid on time and they wouldn't come out to fix anything"
"I rented from them up until april 2018 for a whole year was never late on rent passed all inspections I was a good clean respectful tenant never caused a problem. Ok a week before I moved an inspection was done everything was perfect, Ok so I moved and go turn my keys in I asked how long for my deposit they told me that i would get my deposit within 30 days ok so 33 days go by, I calls several times to see why i haven't got my deposit they wanna come up with everything under the sun to keep some of my money. So on 6-13-18 she tells me it's 60 days to get my deposit which is no where on lease. Remind you the lady that do the deposit keeps avoiding to call me or talk to me now, So I'm having to contact a lawyer because in Alabama you have 35 days to return a tenant deposit and you can't charge them for normal ware and tare like painting and spot on carpet which is now what they trying to say but i have pictures and videos of the whole house inside and out the day i moved. I thought they were good people up until this so if you don't want to go through this i suggest not renting from them."
