"I’ve lived here for about 4 years now. Management has changed a few times but the current staff is fantastic! I’ve never had any issues getting emergency maintenance calls addressed immediately, and minor maintenance within a few days. There is always someone at the leasing office during office hours. The gates are now working, and the only reason I think they were down in the past was because people kept running into them. Planning to stay here for quite a while longer!"

"The workers here are amazing, Adam and Lexus especially! They both have helped me and my boyfriend so much here and the few maintenance problems we have had were fixed super fast! The manager Adam has truly made this experience amazing and he genuinely cares about the people that live here! I’m not sure what he’s making but he needs a raise because he is great!"

"After living here a full year I can honestly say I had no hesitation to renew my lease. It’s beautiful, private, safe, and you can’t beat the location. Nothing but good things to say about the management too! Our AC went out this summer and someone was there to fix it within 15 minutes of placing an emergency maintenance request at 7:00 pm on a Saturday! The best place to live, no competition."

"I have been living in Inverness Cliffs apartments for 5 years now. There have been 4 property managers in that time period. The last manager they had was not very receptive to the needs of the residence but the new property manager, Mr. Campbell has really step up his game and has reached out to his residences and has this crazy passion to make sure that each family/resident has the best experience possible. Thanks to him we have a absolutely beautiful new mantel that we were promised 1 1/2 year ago. Also kudos to the maintenance manager Brad, what a down to earth guy that gets things done the right way! I would rent from these guys again. Great team and a beautiful place to live!!!"

"Regrettably, my two-year experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing, particularly due to the subpar property management. Despite assurances that the units are thoroughly inspected before move-in, my apartment was in unsatisfactory condition. The management's responses to queries are marked by uncertainty, and communication is often unclear. The ‘gated community' proved to be a false claim when my car was stolen, highlighting lax security measures. The gates, initially left unlocked during the incident, were sporadically secured, and obtaining surveillance footage was impossible due to nonexistent cameras around the property. Renewing the lease presented another issue as we never received the necessary paperwork or notifications. Consequently, we were automatically subjected to a market rate increase without prior notice. The resolution process for this matter was cumbersome, with only one helpful staff member. In summary, I would caution anyone considering this complex; the property management is unreliable, and security measures are lacking. Communication and transparency need improvement.
