"The staff that runs our apartment complex are some of the most helpful and accommodating people I know. It is always a wonderful experience here at the Social!"
"The house is large and has updated appliances, however, they don't tell you how expensive your utilities bill will be. They blame it on "inflation" but it's ridiculously expensive. The gate systems has flaws and doesn't keep random people from walking in. There's house parties and people walking off the street snooping around cars and houses at night. Our house still has maintenance issues that haven't been addressed. We have exposed wires for the light fixture in the laundry room and a dryer that takes three times the time to dry a normal load of clothes. I'd look at all your options before deciding to live here."
"This is my second year living here and I can not say enough good things about the management and staff. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. Jennifer (property manager) and Ivy (office staff) are very personable and kind. You can walk into the office any day and have a conversation with them. There are always events being held for residents, foosacklys is my favorite."
"The landing has been great living since i’ve been here. Jennifer has been an incredible property manager. Jeremy and Devin have also been great maintenance men for this complex"
"The Landing is definitely THE PLACE to live! It is super convenient and the accommodations are so nice! I have lived there for two years now and planning on doing so, this upcoming year! All of the office staff are super helpful, but Danielle in particular has started planning the cutest events for residents and has gone out of her way to make the landing feel that much more like our home away from home!"
