"I have been living here for 2 years now and although I’m thankful for a place to stay, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are outdated and have pest issues. We pay monthly for pest control yet they show up every 3/6 months? My washer went out and it took months for them to fix, but they still charged me for the amenity that I could not use. The trash compactor is disgusting and everyone leaves trash in the road. People cars have been broken into and in the summer time the pool gets filled with non residents and there was even a couple shootings. I would not recommend with people with kids or anyone period. The exterior looks decent but do not fall for it."

"My place has had rats and snakes every month it’s something wrong here every month they fill maintenance request without doing the repairs and they will say they are understaffed which puts responsibility on residents to make sure their place is secure. It has been the worst experience do not move here they will rent you a place that is not prepared to move in collect your rent then say they are understaffed"

"Sure you could say it’s a great place to live until you have both of your vehicle stolen within five days of each other. We were supposed to feel safe here living in a gated community but that all goes out the window when you’ve had 2 vehicles stolen. It also doesn’t make you feel better when nobody seems to care that your vehicle’s are stolen. All of these cameras around here but nobody seems to know what happened to both our cars. Here’s a picture of where both our cars were stolen from. Big thanks to the people in the office who did nothing to help us."

"I'm happy we now have landscaping weekly. So glad Keith was hired. Hes great about keeping garbage picked up, picks up trash all over the complex. I'm happy new roofs were installed, and new lighting on both front and back of some buildings. Thankful the gaping hole in brick wall was fixed, lots of strangers were coming thru which made us nervous. Hoping for new appliances and other modern upgrades to restore this place to the former palace it was."

"This place will pressure wash and repave the entrance going in to portray that it’s a nice place to live. But the truth is this place is ratchet and outdated. They will do anything to make the exterior looking grand but the fact is this place is rundown, outdated. Our rent money goes to them making their office looks nice but they don’t care about their residents. Why not repave the whole complex instead of restripe and pave the entrance. Do more as a whole. Do more for your residents. Do more for the community. We live in the center of the city, center of it all. Remodel your complex inside out. This place has a lot of potential but management is worried about the wrong things and NOT their residents."
