"I've been at Coastal Pointe since Jan 2023. With the complex being here since 1972 it is still liveable. The units can look just the way they make them look on Google. But it will require lots of work and maintenance. The grounds needs a lot of time and maintenance the laundry room is not kept at all. I don't know if it will ever get back to the way it looked 10 years ago. But I can say the staff here is good. The maintenance is fair and if the right time and proper care is put in. Well this would be a good place to live."
"Do not recommend moving here I've been here a week the first day I moved in there's still things left in the apartment from the previous tenants apartment not clean at all also no hot water for a whole week and still not hot water at all. Leasing office no help what so ever Run please full speed before you think about moving here ."
"This apartment and the company that now owns it will try to scam you and steal your rent payments. We lived at this complex for 2 years and left 1 month after Coastal Pointe took over. They claimed we didn’t pay our last months rent. But we provided a copy of our payment and showed it was cashed by BOLINGBROKE ENTERPRISES LLC. Coastal Pointe employees just don’t respond and are committing theft and fraud. Now we have to waste our time going through a legal process to get a debt removed that we do not owe. If you or anyone you know has had the same experience please comment. I don’t believe we are the only ones that were stolen from."
"My son is a fairly new tenet to your community. And we are so excited about his new apartment. It is beautiful inside and outside. The grounds are perfectly maintained and pristine. Yes, the grounds are clean and cared for but it doesn’t stop there, the staff are always very professional and are always pleasant to work with. They will go above and beyond to help you with any issues, problems or concerns. They will do whatever is needed to make sure that your home is safe and secure. If I was looking for a place to stay this would definitely be my first choice."
