Southern Oaks Apartments

"I notice some reviews saying they looked at southern oaks but just wait until you move in. I lowkey hate now I renewed my lease with them. I could just be being salty with this review but enough is enough. One of the maintenance guys are a snitch. It’s been raining and I just sat my trash out to be taken out and not even 5 min later I get a call from the office saying if maintenance has to take my trash it’s a 25$ charge (first off why are you on my door step anyway if I didn’t ask for assistance) Secondly report about my puppy as we were just getting out the car and I didn’t have his leash on which was in my hand we were going straight to the apt. I feel like they pick and choose I ran into one guy who was just watching his sons dog and they didn’t charge him for that but as I was watching my moms dog I was told to pay the deposit, the manager said back in June tht I can do half one month the other half which was nice of her , until it was renigged saying now I didn’t provide information about my job. I even followed up about the payment in September it was never added but now it’s an issue. I also realized now they want us to use parking decals that have the name of the complex and your apartment number smh I usually don’t even write reviews like this but the frustration is real and this isn’t even half of it"

"I stopped in the other day to check it out and really liked it a lot. I can't say enough about the leasing agent, Bethany. She was patient and knowledgeable with my list of questions and was so friendly and professional! The grounds are well kept. Nice place."

"I don't usually write reviews, but Southern Oaks really stood out to me from all the other apartments I've toured the past couple months. The customer service was great. The young lady on the phone the first time I called, I believe her name was Maegan, was very insightful, and the second time I stopped by, Bethany was a huge help. Probably what stood out the most about Southern Oaks was how well kept the grounds were. I've toured other apartments and it was good to see that you guys still pay attention to details and present yourselves very well. Blake seems to be doing a fine job keeping your establishment looking professional. I haven't yet decided where I'll end up, but I just wanted to say that my experience here was nothing less than appreciated."

"Just stopped by because I was looking for a potential place to stay for the next year while I get my apprenticeship. The grass looks amazing thanks to Blake and I love the apartment layout. I also met the leasing agents Megan and Bethany and they were so nice and helpful. Definitely considering this place."

"My recent visit to Southern Oaks was nothing short of amazing. I called the office with the hopes of getting information about the apartment and reached Bethany. She was so kind and went out of her way to help me. To my amazement, by the end of the call I had scheduled a tour and was excited to hear more! Bethany was very helpful. She was very informative during the tour and was very patient with my numerous questions. The best experience hands down."
