"my water heater went out. Maintenance turned off the hot water it’s now been days almost. Today the service ticket was completed, but my hot water was still turned off. For the past two days my apt home door has been left unlocked, and today my door was left unlocked and my dining room light was left on. My hot water is still turned off."
"When I first moved into this area 3 months - 4 months ago it was okay. Now since there’s a new person in office here. Nothing is getting fixed. I’ve been trying to get my heater fixed and my door fixed from the air holes that allow flies to come in patched for over a month now. The man in the office act like he’s writing stuff down; and say he will get the maintenance guys to take care of it. But he never gets with them. Going inside and talking to him is kind of useless now."

"Moved in early July 2023, the neighborhood itself is just fine no issues with neighbors, everyone's to themselves and mostly quiet other than a few kids that like to play outside from time to time. The only complaints I have is the high-school stadium that is really loud for a few hours M-F since school started back up for kids, no mail box keys so most people had to break into their own mail boxes just to get their mail, MAINTENACE IS HEAVILY UNDERSTAFFED, it took 3 months just to get a work order for my leaking bathroom sink and broken garbage disposal to be resolved. If you can get past that the complex is in a good location most everything you need is within a 8-12 minute driving radius as far as stores, gym, gas, some restaurants, etc."

Brianna was my leasing agent and she has made this such a pleasant experience for me, she communicated with me the entire process, and kept me up to date with everything. I am so excited to be moving into my new home! Thank you all, can’t wait for this new journey!"
