"It's overpriced at over $950 for a run down 50yo apartment complex. Even the outlets don't have grounds so goodnluck plugging in your electronics. Says it has space for washer and dryer snd they mean the smallest stacking units you can find. None of the windows have screens so I can't open windows for my me and my cat to get freah air. The bathroom is old and grody. The oven and kitchen lighting doesn't work right. I had to buy a silverware rack for the small dishwasher. Only good thing so far is the location. And there are many other new apartments in the area with open space and much better amenities. I probably will not be renewing my lease and understand why there are so many empty apartments here."

"These apartments are horrible. You can never get anything fixed even when they try to fix it still don’t fix it and all they do is say your work order is complete you have to call almost 20 to 30 sometimes to get anything fixed in your apartment and still fix it right but they charge you a arm and leg for these outdated apartments"

"There were rats. Not mice, big rats. They came from holes in the wall. Pest didn't come for two weeks. So yeah there's that. I was only there for two months, safe and quiet area but I didn't like extra guests or how long it took them to deal with it."

"First of all, I want to preface this by saying I was so excited to live here. Our apartment at Maison Imperial is gorgeous and quiet and has a lovely courtyard. I want to give a five star review, but after how we’ve been treated, I can’t. My first warning is that there is a $200 fee to “hold” the apartment after you’ve applied and been accepted, with 48 hours to pay or they’ll give it away after you pay to apply and get it. So that’s a scam. But the big issue is that we’ve been left without AC for a week and given only a portable that leaves our back door open (they didn’t even seal it) and the room it’s in is still 90 degrees. So we’ve been forced to evacuate and use our rent money on lodging, and they won’t compensate us by either paying us back for the room or even by abating our rent for the days our place has been uninhabitable. And they just shrug in the office and say they can’t help. They use the 14 day legal loophole to avoid responsibility, but it’s literally inhumane. I’m ashamed of these people. Another resident has the same issue for even longer and has a toddler."

"I was visiting family and noticed maintenance issue as I was parking there was some kids that were trying to hit a low power line in the back of the property with a jump rope... please fix power line on the backside of the property it's hanging 7 ft off the ground... all you need is for a kid to get electrocuted or die as a result from a low power line...I did tell the kids to stop but Lord knows where or who these kids parents are..."
