Greentree Apartments

"1 star is far too high for Greentree. My experience has been a nightmare. I met w apartment managers twice b4 moving in with concerns about condition of apartment & things that needed to be repaired. On moving day, NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!! I had no choice but to move in & try to work with mgt but that was futile. My apt has roaches, the refrigerator doesn't cool, the carpet WAS NOT cleaned at move in, and numerous other issues with toilet not working properly & fire alarm hanging by its wiring from the wall. In Sept 2023, a pit bull attacked me. It was owned by another resident who was keeping it wo mgt approval. While mgt made attempts to correct the situation, I saw the pitbull back on the property a few months later. The latest incident was Monday 1/8/2024. I came home to find my front door had been kicked it. Thankfully nothing was taken but on Tues 1/9 I found out the apartment management knew it had happened & only made one phone call at 9:20am to let me know. No other attempts were made & I was told when I finally got to speak to the Regional Manager that she couldnt do anything for me since maintenance had repaired my door. See picture below for their version of a repair. Please, please please DO NOT rent from them. They will take your money & do NOTHING in return to give you a habital apartment."

"Very nasty, maintenance suck! They don’t fix anything they patch, glue and caulk. Knots will carry you out the door. Cats running up and down the hallway. Cat poop is in the hallway. Mold is heavy inside the hallways and you can smell it inside the apartment. I will never come stay here ever again. And I highly recommend you don’t either if you don’t want to be embarrassed. Filthy."

"If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. My first year here, I loved it. Besides the fact that I found out they half cleaned some places, it was roach infected, and I was without heat the last 3 months of my first lease. I renewed my lease because prices of other apartments were going up too high, which was definitely a big mistake. During my second lease around October of last year is when I regretted everything and if I had the knowledge I had now, I would’ve left. The roach infestation came back after I got rid of it. My apartment is never dirty, mainly because I work a lot. They had a rodent infestation and everything was getting destroyed: medication, food, clothes and other items. It took them 4 months to fix that problem and when they fix that problem, my roof began to leak and peel, destroying my furniture. No matter how many times you call or put in a maintenance request. They are very lazy and nasty always using the excuse of they don’t have anyone at the moment but be getting back in touch or they would say the person over the buildings is not in, come back another time. Also they didn’t return my money, had me pay rent for a whole month when I was only there for 2 days. Gave me the run around since May after telling me they would refund my money. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"If you want a well manicured, mostly quiet, nice neighbors you've got it!! but we've lived here going on 11 months.. the management we've seen come and go has been ridiculous.. there's someone new every month it seems like.. There's been shootings, they now have security cameras.. the apartment we live in has so many roaches, crawling on the floors, counters, in our sofa.. the pest control is supposed to come out once a month but they hardly keep that up.."
