"This place is horrible they have a toe company going around at all hours of the night super loud driving around towing people for expired tags and not parking correctly. Been at this place for years it has gotten worse and worse, the people who work up front are very rude and unprofessional and it's been the same people for years, rent goes up and up every year and the apartment complex has gonna worse and worse last year there was kids getting robbed for their phones, plenty of other places that are much better for just the same price or cheaper, the pool also stays green a lot in the summer, you and your guest now need a parking pass too or they get towed it's very inconvenient to go get a piece of paper Everytime you have a friend over"

"By far the worst experience I've had in my life. I wouldn't recommend no one to stay here. I wouldn't allow my roaches to live here and the complex is full of roaches. The management team sucks and so do the maintenance team. I contacted the corporate office a week straight to speak with Hope and I still haven't received a call back. The apartment was full of mold and no one seemed to care. I was told that maintenance would be out the next Monday with new appliances and to spray no one came out. A lot of broken promises and a lot of my hard earned money wasted. Please take your money elsewhere. These people don't care."

"I been here almost 3.5 years. I had issue with mold in August. They sent Delta to come in to fix the problem. Here it is October, not even 2 months and guess what? mold again.. My child is sick as we speak and now i need to check on myself cause im having issues myself. I will not be renewing my lease. They lie too much and someone supposed to have came to fix the problem again. I havent seen these people yet, and I cant wait until January to leave this apartment complex... I have called to make an complaint with the health department, but they gave me another number to contact and i am waiting on them to call me back.. This is uncause for and especially what you are paying in rent here.. I would not advise anyone to move in unless you want to be lied to or put off like it isnt important. On top of it, they have acknowledged that they are having issues with mold in other apartments in the complex. Smdh Update: after i talked with the assistant at regional.
