"I moved in on August 2023, when moving into my 2 bedroom apartment it was clean but I believe the didn’t check all the amenities because when I turned on the TV, it seems like the previous person that lived in my place had broken the tv. I did bring that to their attention in fix it within the week. Overall my experience has been good. Maintenance is quick on job and get the job done right."

"I just moved in August 2023, in a 3bed apartment. The room are spacious, and well furnished as well. However, some of the furniture items were not cleaned when I moved in. Apart from that, the staffs are quiet helpful and room services were fast on the moving date. Overall, it has been a good experience so far and hope it will continue."
"The Grove is the perfect place to live if you’re in you 2nd or 3rd year of undergrad. It is close to campus, and a great price. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the maintenance men are relatively quick with response. They have great amenities like a pool, a tanning bed, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a dog park. Because it is associated with campus housing, dorm rules still apply. I live in low grade two bed room. Though it’s not “upgraded” we just had a new air conditioning unit installed inside and out. They also updated the shower head and sink spout! There is a big variation in room size between my roommates and my room, but we made it work! There is not a ton of provided storage, but additive storage has been beneficial, and I HIGHLY suggest it if you move here and have a lot of stuff. Downside is that the walls are VERY thin and other students tend to talk until late into the night. Other than that, it hasn’t been a bad experience! The Grove is a fine place to live and worth the money, it can just be noisy. I would suggest this place to anyone not in a graduate program!"
