Cimarron Ridge Apartments

"Awful place really. It may look really good in the pictures but management is bad, gym is out of order, pool isn't taken care of, the apartments are made of rotten wood, there's roach, spider, lint bug, and termite infestations everywhere, bad neighborhood (drugs, domestic fights, ect), and rent is sky high for VERY poor quality. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"Ki ki in the apartment is nice and that's about the only good thing I have to say at this point. I'm a resident and our vehicles have been towed 4 times there's mold in my apartment and anytime there's loud work going on in the complex they never send out a notice to give you a heads up so good luck if you work from home."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. The apartments are FULL OF MOLD- Coming from the walls- the air conditioner, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are wood-rotten and full of fungus. You pay rent but they have some kind of dirty contract with a tow-company and no one’s car is safe! I have 2 friends that have had their vehicle towed and one that had a visitor’s pass! The management doesn’t care to do anything about anything- the only time they get involved is if it involves drama due to their own cattiness. Do yourself a favor and DONT MOVE HERE"

"Don’t waste your money, sub par apartment at a high price with no support. And you have to worry about your stuff getting stolen. The managers do not care about helping you. I unintentionally paid too much on my last month of rent, and they wouldn’t refund it. Instead they took it and said it would be my security deposit."

"The day before I moved in I was contacted at 7 pm asking if I could move in at a later time because my apartment was not ready. It was supposedly because my "appliances had not been replaced". Which made me raise an eyebrow because they had all day to contact me and they contacted me after hours. I have been here a month and I'm already regretting it. When I first moved in it was a lot of small things (light fixture, faucet, wall plug, and door coming apart) that was not fixed which was my first red flag. I called, emailed and even had to take off work just to talk to them in person to see when it would be fixed. They don't answer the phone. Every time I called or went in person the front office basically gave me the run arounds. I finally got everything fixed 3 weeks later after I came home with water all in my kitchen and bathroom floor. I was told everything would be fixed that day but I only came home to a replaced faucet and a water everywhere. I also found mold in my apartment they claim is not mold but, cant tell me what it is. I have asked multiple people what they think it is and they say its mold. The picture below is under my sink and smells horrible. Makes me wonder where else its at. They don't care, they just take your money and take they time fixing what needs to be fixed. I asked for the corporate number twice and it was not provided to me so I had to find the number myself. I contacted the regional manager and all I was offered was a credit for one months rent. Which goes to show they dont care and not going to fix anything. Take your money somewhere else."
