"Went to sage hill to ask about moving in, Donna said she'd send us an email and call us to have us tour a unit. She never did. The place looked pretty but I'm disappointed about the service."
"Been at this apartment for 4 years the new management is awesome very polite and since the new management has been here my maintenance request get answered in a timely manner and also have not been having problems I was having when old management was here. And they redone everything new roofing they repaired and repainted everything right now I have no complaints"

"They are asking higher price than others for their apartments, totally insane. They offered me and my husband a specific price for a non-renovated apartment and, we applied. Then when it was available, they did not go with their commitment and increased the price!!"
"The staff in the office was very polite and helpful. Had no problem when I had water coming from underneath the sink and the seal on the tub was coming off. Was tended too very quickly when I called in the problems. Also very quiet so far love the peacefulness everyday since I've been here!"
