"I have enjoyed it here, there is very minor issues that we have amazing team in the front, the only thing I don't like is the gym but everything else is good no pest issues in apartment or anything very affordable for college students."

"I greatly enjoy living here and I have a positive experience. I love the location which made the complex ideal for me as a student. Management is very polite and are always quick to listen to resolve issues. The only downside is that the gate is still not fixed!"

"Please do not live here. My roomates and I lived here for a year, and we would not recommend this location to anyone. The office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. We recently called about a balance and were asking more questions to what all needed to be done on our end. The district stand in while Paula was away became agitated when I asked for clarity. The location and pricing are convenient. I just would not suggest this apartment to anyone who is hoping to "feel at home"."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Clueless office staff and the worst maintenance team I have ever seen. We’ve not had working ac for almost 2 years now and have reported the problem over 50 times during those 2 years. They gave us window units to use in the apartment until the a/c was fixed but them removed them without notice while the a/c was was still broken. The pipes to the sprinkler system busted 12/25/23 causing flooding which damaged the ceiling and multiple light fixtures, this was also reported and never fixed. Recently we had a shower break and the problem was reported everyday for 2 weeks to no resolve. They will place signs at the office saying they will be back at specific times during business hours, only to never show back up. They have lied to our faces continuously about being their top priority only to show continued disregard and incompetence. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"The whole move in process was a hassle because our original date kept getting pushed back. The women that work in the leasing office are rude af, have the worst attitudes and they never answer the phone.I’ve never seen two people that come to work everyday with the impression that they hate their jobs. Our carpets were supposed to be cleaned but they never were. We have chipped paint everywhere. They didn’t properly clean the bathroom they just painted over the dirt & hairs in the bathtub. We had to call multiple time for maintenance to even come. Barely any of the outlets in our apartment work. Just a -10/10 experience that I would not recommend to anyone."
