"Victoria Southard went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct homeowners and vehicle policies for the best price. Hands down this is the only insurance place that should be allowed to operate in Salem. The others are ran by crooks and junkies who are just out to make a buck."

"Been with this company for a few years and they're great. Always answer when I call if I have a question or need proof of ins they get it to me within a few min. They also will get you the rates you need/want and deserve. They search multiple ins company's for the best rate and coverage possible. They care what coverage you have rather than you having the bare minimum then getting yourself into a mess. They will break down everything for you if you need them to and make sure you understand. Anthony is great! I'd give 10 stars if I could."

"Great customer service. The time and patience with answering our questions and addressing any concerns that we may have is excellent. When it was time for renewal, they had already shopped for us to be sure we were already getting the best price available and if not they had options available for us to switch with still providing the same coverage that we had. We have had a couple of small claims and they made is very easy to work through it. Thank You for making us feel important."
