"Had a recall done on my ford explorer for rear toe links. During the recall the rear toe was not set correctly and in the span of 6000 miles the outside of the rear tires were bald. Brought it back after we noticed it drove badly on anything other than dry pavement and the rear tires were bald on the outside. They did an alignment but would not replace the ruined tires. They would not show me any paperwork of the before and after. But showed me this picture of the after alignment screen.. thing is the mechanic put a note on the monitor that it was off by 4.5 degrees. And knowing we had an issue with how it had been aligned before they were unable to provide the before/ after sheet that you get at any auto shop that does alignments."

"Hands down the best experience buying a car! I inquired about a car and got a call the same day to come check it out. Waited a few days, due to my own reasoning, heard back from them and they wanted to appraise my vehicle I was potentially going to trade. Took it in and got over what I thought I would from my 2018 RAV4! I was able to get into my dream 2022 Mustang Mach E so seamlessly.
