"This is October 11, 2023. Months ago myself and my little girl went into this store just to get a diagnostic test for my car, we were still in the store then the next minute I go to look outside the store to my car and the hood of my car was up and an employee named Josh Copeland was messing with my car without my permission by removing my valve cover to my car and removing the head gasket. I told Dan, the head Manager about it, Dan even witnessed me confronting Josh Copeland , one minute he told me that he would repair anything that Josh damaged in my car, then the next he changed his story and said that he didn't even see me confronting Josh, stated that Josh didn't do anything to my car. I have a video of the conversation. My car is now leaking oil because of their unprofessionalism, plus I was told AutoZone is not even supposed to be doing such things to cars like this. I have even went as far and called over Dan's head to the main office, no one returns my calls. It's pretty sad that Dan knows that I have a little girl, also knows that his employee have caused this much damage to my car, though refuses to repair it. I called AutoZone one time and Josh Copeland laughed at me about the situation on the phone. My daughter is more mature than these people. It's horrible what the employees from this store has done to my family."

"Two attendants "working " both standing outside smoking and on their phones. Left me to roam store for 7 minutes without any intention of offering any help. Only came inside to answer store phone because it rang. I left."
