"I've used Hughes for my tire needs for years. Before I left town then when I came back, after dealing with them this time NEVER AGAIN! 1. After stating card for payment was adv still a flate rate fee of $50 for tire and balancing, look at reciept realized be charged for a non cash fee unknowingly. If known 1 thing but was unknown and done all sneaky, it is not right 2. They put a tire on a cracked rim like an idiot when a new rim was there for that reason. Then argued with them that they were using the right rim in the backseat, not the old cracked 1 in the trunk. Then they said the new rim wasn't the right size. They still put tire on the cracked 1 and left on that 1 they weren't suppose mess with even (dumb) My 2nd time buying a rim for this car, so went and confirmed it was correct actually with another shop. Went back got a refund . Not returning. Other shop has my business now. ✌new rim and tire is on thanks to D&G automotive."

"$30 per tire, mounting and balancing. Plus, they charge you a fee to use a credit card--in my case, nearly $17. My favorite, though, was the $16 valve stem. Having said that, the guy who worked on my tires was nice and did good work. The major issue is just the cost. It's obvious to me that ownership has changed hands, because it didn't used to be this way. Will take my business elsewhere, even if it's Walmart."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE! My husband brought his brand new tires and rims in to be put on and a day later came out to a flat tire, then noticed as well that they scratched the rim and covered it up with PERMANENT MARKER! When we took it back, they did nothing about it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I do not recommend anyone doing business with them!"

"I had them put new tires on my aftermarket rims. Two days later one tire was flat. Upon further inspection there was a really bad scratch that they tried to cover up with sharpie. I took it back and told them about the scratch and leak. They fixed the leak, but when I brought up the scratch all they had to say was the tires were really stiff. I would have rather them told me they couldn’t do them rather than scratching my rims. They have lost my business."

"This building is really old, as is the average employee. What you get is great service and experience. It has been in business for over 100 years and it shows. I only had a broken bracket for exhaust, they fixed it, it was done in reasonable time, and they even got it done with charging me less than estimate. Ignore the building waiting area and get what you need done timely, economically, and correctly. This place is where your vehicle should get anything that requires a knowledgeable employee and skill in areas of work that they perform. Go out of your way."
