"If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are slow, rude, and don’t know what they are doing. I stood in line for 20 minutes behind ONE customer while there were two employees in the back doing nothing. I left, just ordered the part online so I could do pick up. Got there to pick up my order. Waited 15 minutes while they looked for my order just for them to tell me they lost it."
"Literally the rudest people. The only nice person in the building is the lady that works there. I didn't catch her name. But the guys there are so rude and unprofessional. I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes before the two guys looked up from their phones to assist me only because I had to finally ask if anyone was available to help me. The man said "Yeah just a minute" and continued to watch a video on his phone with the other guy. Then finally the nice lady came around the corner and realized I was there and helped me immediately. While I was checking out at the counter, my girlfriend stepped outside by the door to wait on me. The man immediately ran outside and told her "you can't hang out here go" so my girlfriend had to wait in the rain on the side of the building."
