"I only toured this place last week and I'm so glad that there's is a glitch on the website. I found a much nicer place and the staff is very attentive. I had a problem completing the application, the leasing agent told me that they just changed management which was alarming. I was given the wrong prorated pricing but she called 10 minutes after I left to tell me the correct pricing. I called back to let them know there was an issue with the online application, no answer. I sent an email, I received a very vague reply. I emailed them one more time with a screen shot of the error message with no reply or follow up. Thanks so much for not following up. I feel like I doged a bullet."

"Ashley in the office told us at 4:30pm she would change the lock on our apartment TODAY because they did not have a key to get into our apartment for inspections. we have not changed our locks so there is no reason they wouldn’t have them. I am genuinely terrified they are going to lock me out of my home. when i went to speak to her about it and supposedly resolved the issue, she told me because she is the manager she can come in whenever she pleases at any time. (which is illegal, there always has to be a minimum 48 hour written notice, which you would think the manager for an apartment complex would know). extremely unprofessional and clearly has a power trip because she got promoted after the previous manager left. this isn’t even the first issue we had. when we first moved in (in June), the AC was broken and it took them SIX days to get it fixed. they also waited until after we signed the lease to tell us there wouldn’t be AC in our apartment. they would not reduce the rent even though it was clearly uninhabitable as it was June in Alabama with no AC. clearly no regard for law or renters rights because they don’t live here and feel they can do whatever they please. no response from corporate because they don’t care either. cannot stress enough to not live here."

"Stay away from this place. I live here and I am looking for someplace else to live. All they do is lie to you. I recently had mice in my apartment, called them on Wednesday to report it and they told me I had to wait until Tuesday, didn’t concern them at all. Their agent now even put in the service request she promised she would. Once again in your response you tell lies. No one came to my apartment, was here all day. I was waiting on someone to come. When I called about the noise, I was lied to several times, just like I was lied to about pest control coming."
