"Stayed here for two years, had my car broken into and my friend had the same problem. My apartment flooded. Bugs everywhere, nats, roaches Walls are thin enough to hear people above and below. Neighbors blasting music. Avoid this one. Pay a little more, or find somewhere else"

"I love living here. I lived here from November 2020-May 2022. I didn't have any problems with maintenance or the management. I moved to Talladega and then moved back here the other day. My apartment has a lot of space for a 1 bedroom and the rent is affordable."

"After a whole year at Country Park Apartments, I must say it was a fantastic experience. After moving through bad apartments in the past and then moving from Michigan to Alabama, I didn't know what to expect when signing my lease. After much consideration after everything provided, It has been the best experience I have ever had! It's a quiet, friendly, and safe area. Everyone keeps to themselves and are nice enough to say hello to every person walking by. The leasing office and all staff were right there as nice as could be when needed as well as maintenance. This place is a very affordable and caring environment and I will for sure be recommending your apartments to people who are looking. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience, and giving me the hope that there are still genuine people out there."

"Honestly loved the place at first. We really needed help getting me out of an extremely bad situation with my son and they helped us. That really meant something to me. It's been great minus the maintenance guy flooding our apartment by mistake. We ended up paying out of pocket to clean the brown rust residue left on the carpets (old water heaters do have rust at the bottom of them and it emptied completely) which was around $80 in total. We got the $60 late fee removed and an apology. Wonderful. At least we got something. Fast forward to the end of our lease in December and this is where things start to go wrong. We find out we are expecting our 2nd baby so we tell them we need to start looking for a 3 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom. Suzette told us they didn't have any available in the next 3 months and told us our leasing options of month to month, 3, 6, and 12 month leases. Okay. Since telling us they didn't have any available in the next 3 months, we signed a 3 month lease. Makes sense right? Fast forward to today, January 11th. My BFF that lives in the 3 bed unit says her across neighbors were moving. She talked to the woman and she said their lease wasn't due till FEBRUARY but they were going to go ahead and move out. So I called the office today to tell them that's the one! I was super excited, I'd be a doorstep away from my best friend and I wouldn't have to worry about room for the new baby. WRONG! They proceed to tell me that because we signed a 3 month lease, we won't be able to do anything till March. But wait, y'all told us y'all didn't have any coming available in the next 3 months. So either someone doesn't know how to count or they lied to us. Because from December, the next 3 months cover January, February, and March. Yes, I'm livid, and I plan on calling the higher ups to deal with this because none of us enjoy being lied to. Especially when it involves the well being of my family. So just be careful if you rent here and make sure you watch what they say because I don't trust a word that comes out of they mouth anymore."

"The management is a complete joke! Horrible place to live , like many have said the roaches are out of control so much for the watered down pest control !!! I've lived her twice unfortunately once with my mom as a teenager and now on my own with my boyfriend. If we had the money saved we would be out of here. Ms. Suzette only cares about herself and her opinions! These so call maintenance man that she praises have stolen not only out of our apartment but others too that have told me there stories and gotten away with it because they give these drug attics keys to our apartments. They never change filters but send out papers like they are coming to change them ! We have a leak now in our closet !!!!!! That that still haven't came to fix no telling what kind of mold it will set up and I'm pregnant. I wish we had somewhere else to go but unfortunately we don't right now. If u are able to move anywhere u want DONT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND PIECED TOGETHER. The paint jobs and floor in all piece together including the doors in our apartment have holes thats been painted over instead of replaced . I can't wait to move"
