"I thought this was gonna be a great spot to live but as life have it everything has its pros and cons but I've never seen a butch of lazy people trying to scam the residents don't do have of what the lease says but will come beating your door down because of the neighbors call and make fake allegations"

"Very nice place to live & very reasonable prices. Work orders are done as soon as you call & the staff is very friendly. Quiet place w/ no crime which is a PLUS! Units are well kept. I give it a 10/10 its rare you find something this reasonable!!!!"

"Every time you look around they putting notes on the door about fees and money the rent is almost 1000 dollers for a 2 bedroom they don’t answer the phone they put my rent money on someone else bill and gave me a late notice I had mode under my sink that ruin all my belongs they now have a gate if you don’t remember your code it’s a 150 dollar fee they know mostly black people stay here so they going up on everything so they can get us out 0/10 don’t recommend"
