"The rat situation was the deal breaker for me ... everyday we catching rats left to right. I've actually caught one above my 3 yr old daughter bed while she was sleep !!! This been going on since I moved in 2021 and I have waaaay more videos of all this. Please read this review and take heed because these apartments need to be condemned."

"I do NOT recommend these hole in the wall ssa apartments! these apartments are suppose to come with A/C and their is none!! I been without air for a year because the maintenance man said the owners won’t pay for any new air units! I recently stopped paying rent about 3 months ago and won’t pay any! They have rats and roaches and again NO AIR!!! They are suppose to be renovated and that is a LIE! Half of one unit is burned down and another unit was burned recently! They have a bad electricity problem so you never know when your apartment is next! I do not recommend and I’m also in the process of getting a lawyer to get some of my money back!! This whole THING IS A SCAM! Just to get you in and when you are in you will see it’s a scam!! I do not and will not recommend! Not to mention it’s only ONE maintenance man so you know nothing is getting fixed!"

"Do not move here!!!! This place needs to be torn down and built back up. There’s rats, roaches, gnats, water leaks, potholes, mold and more. Any 5 star reviews are absolutely FAKE!!! The maintenance does nothing at all. I’ve been waiting months to get some things around my apartment fixed. Please look else where for housing. Even the “renovated” apartments are just them putting a layer of paint on a crumbling foundation .This place does not care about your health or your quality of living."

"been here 6 months & still haven’t had anything fixed ! we have rats ! they told us too get out own traps but that’s not our problem, the maintenance should do their job, made plenty times too contact and it’s always we will come up but never do, roach infested! not even renovated but want rent every month for something they not even fixing ! supposed to have my apartment painted still haven’t ! smh"

"I previously reviewed this establishment glorifying it more than it should have been. Less than 6 months and I am ATTEMPTING to break my lease due to the condition of my “newly renovated” apartments. Can’t get a response from anyone in how much I need to pay to get the h*ll out. There is mold growing where rain has seeped through the door frame and walls. When first moving in I went over a month in August with no working air conditioner. I couldn’t even stay in the apartment I was paying for because it was so hot! Initially maintenance was helpful in trying their best to go back over what contractors had messed up. I’m missing closet doors, carpet is pulling up where doors are and other units being “remodeled” are missing windows and the doors are left wide open for anyone and anything to enter! Beth Jeter has done her best to turn this place around and has worked with me in tough times but this place needs a lot more work, or to just be condemned."
