"I had a tour scheduled for 1/19/24 at 1pm. I showed up 15 min early of course and when I arrived at the office no one was there and there was a sign on the door stating that they’d be back. After waiting 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, 4 phone calls to the office, and a voicemail, I still didnt receive a response and no one showed up.I recommend you hire better staff because absent staff DURING work hours is extremely unprofessional and is causing the complex to lose money. Im no longer interested since I see how hard it is to get in contact with someone at the main office."

"Looks better than previous photos but a bit small for the price I just went to inquire. And they've implemented outside help to try to get the property back up to where it needs to be so in addition to that it's not a good fit for me at this time. But whoever I chatted with was pleasant and I appreciate that. I do like the woodsy look on the property."

"RUN DO NOT RENT. I have been waiting for so long to make a post about this horrible complex. I’ve been here almost 2 years, let’s start with office management. Terri is the worst do not believe anything that comes out of her mouth she will sell you a dream coming to live at this complex. The woman is evil, she has no empathy for any life events that could happen in your life no excuses exist with her. You can lose your job and have a piece of bread in your pantry and she will still say rent is due tomorrow or start the process of having you kicked out. Maintence is ok, but the things that have to be fixed shouldn’t exist. For example one night my entire light in my kitchen fell from the ceiling (thank God I wasn’t in the kitchen) but instead of replacing the light fixture he put the same fixture back in the ceiling. I complained about my door not being properly sealed multiple times, bugs and lizards were creeping in and no one every came and fixed it. Terri from the office only gave me sticky papers for any lizards or rodents that came in. You will pay for pest control every month and the whole time I’ve lived there I’ve only seen them once. Gun shots 24/7 drug dealers outside 24/7 Please be prepared for an infestation in your Apt. everyone is different thank God I didn’t have to deal with mice, rats or bigger rodents like some people I know but my building had a horrible roach problem. Roaches in the fridge, freezer, my microwave, oven the walls, the ceiling, the windows everywhere. We also had gnats non stop in our building. Please do not let what they sell you make you purchase with them and be stuck in a lease. Even if times are hard and you need a relief don’t look for it here because they will make your problems 10 times worse Also if you haven’t visited the property there is a steep hill to come in, be aware, my transmission failed because of constant wear on it from the hill and there is no other entrance into the apt complex. The complex will not pay any reimbursements either for car troubles it cost."

"Wow it's funny how the reviews are all randomly 5 stars now cause they're being faked. Do not live here. Yes rent was cheap you get what you pay for which isn't much. When I lived here the next door neighbors would have non stop drug deals I know because the walls were so thin I could hear his conversations. I was woken up multiple times with people firing off guns. Police were here at least once a week to arrest people. Previous management yelled and argued with me (this might have changed when I lived here it was 4 different people). Buyer beware who knows if things have changed they could have by now. I wouldn't suggest these apts at all. Oh and multiple fires happened while I was living here. One across from us and they did nothing for those people except kick them out. Again this all happened two years ago all within a year of living here. These might have changed but beware of the glowing issues. Oh and the apt back door had a huge gap in it that took the complex 6 months to fix and the fix was putting wood in the gap that still had a gap in it. Floors were wavy which to be fair was fixed after we left. I still think this place deserves one star to make people aware of the major problems."
