"Extremely molded a/c units that run water like a faucet. Molded metal framed windows that keep you and your children sick. They will send you letters saying the day the apartment will be remodeled and never show up. Clifton Staff maintenance manager will trample what ever is on his boots all over the rugs no matter how many shoes you have lined up in the kitchen which proves you and your family do not wear shoes on the carpet. The office staff is nice now. Clifton will leave your apartment knowing he will not return to fix anything. He will just close out the repair request."

"I haven’t officially moved all my stuff into my “renovated” town home yet because it has roaches. I’ve never lived with roaches and for over $1,150 a month I shouldn’t have to. It was suggested to me by the assistant property manager to bomb the place since my belongings are not fully moved in. So I have to pay rent and be the exterminator too? The renovations aren’t renovating either. I have a pending work order so hopefully these problems are fixed soon so I can move into a place I’m paying rent at. Right now it feels like my blessing is turning out to be a curse. Edited: I was definitely encouraged to bomb my apartment by staff. I would never tell a lie regarding my experience. I’m just hoping that issue gets resolved soon so I can move into the space I’m paying for. Thanks."

"The tour experience with Shay was good. She was friendly, straightforward and informative. She quoted us prices and the rental offer for October's rent on each renovated and unrenovated apt we walked in. During the tour you can tell she has a good relationship with the tenants. Some of the apts that they are working on needs some more time for them to live up to its full potential."
