"I’m not kidding when I say that our experience at this place has been INCREDIBLE. We were having major issues at an apartment complex nearby and needed out ASAP. Bri was so helpful in answering all our questions when looking for a new place. Ashley gave us a very thorough tour of the property. The application and move in process was quick and easy. They even blessed us with a very thoughtful gift pertaining to the bad situation we were in at our previous apartment. A couple days after moving in, we put in a few small maintenance requests (raising dining room chandelier, etc) and they came within hours to address the issues. The property is clean and feels safe. Everyone we have encountered so far while walking outside and in the gym has been kind and friendly. We feel so much more comfortable and at ease here than we did at our previous apartment. So thankful for Bri, Ashley, and the Village at Lakeshore Crossing team!"
