"Maintenance takes entirely to long to fix problems "if" they even fix them !! (Been without heating and air for about 3 months) Never been late on rent but have gotten 3 eviction notices for "late payment""
"Very disappointed in this place. The new property manager is very rude which she is an African American woman. I told them that their plumbing is causing my water bill to rise but she had no comment for me and kept rolling her neck. I was one of the only ones that paid their rent on time every month. She did not treat me like a tenant. She works for the new owner which is Serenity Apartments. If I could talk to her boss it would be a big help because she needs to be reported. Maintenance is horrible. Before I moved out I stayed their a year in a half. Do not move your family their it is a waste of time and money. You will be in debt moving their. Now they are trying to make/blame tenants for something out of our control. They do not try to work with you."
"I have been asking for months for them to come fix the leaking roof and to call the exterminator that is supposed to come every friday. My roof still leaks and I haven't seen the exterminator since I moved in almost a year ago. I told Chikara or whatever her name is that I shouldn't have to keep paying rent when you refuse to fix the things that should be taken care of immediately. Everytime it rains it leaks into my son's room. Very unprofessional when dealing with people and they do not know when to admit their wrongdoing. Would never recommend this place to a friend!!!"
"Maintenance takes to long, I was without my kitchen sink for three months! It's finally fixed but now I am disabled and asked for a ramp to be put in on the 2nd of august but I guess their waiting on this $20,000 fine to be hit on them."
