"These are some of the worst apartments in Homewood. The tenants that live there has dumped and strewn trash all alongside the hill right off Greensprings Hwy and behind Walmart Neighborhood store. Before you move into an apartment, check out how they keep up the grounds; would be my advice."

"You can never get anyone on the phone, when you call the main number it just rings, no numbered prompts to get you to the right person for your questions or issues, oh and can’t leave a voicemail. Work orders sometimes get done if they are easy fixes , if it is something more complex it’s like pulling teeth to get anything scheduled to fix it. The insides of these apartments are so old and not well maintained you could get a nicer or one or you could get one from 1970 that has never been cleaned properly and painted over dead bugs and dust. The pool is NEVER open, having young kids that’s all they look forward to during the summer. Since they “opened” the pool In June it has maybe been unlocked 7 days and not in a row, so you never know when or if it is open."
