"You have to sign rules of conduct and if you aren't going to live by them, what can you do. Ms. May is a very fair landlord. You do have nosy neighbors but, pay your rent and don't be rude. All you need to do. Current rate is $250 a month, no lease. Single occupants only. No company, or alcohol. You do have roaches and who your neighbors are and their hygiene greatly affect how many you have. (Glue traps work best.) Great place if you're looking for a new start, or are rebuilding your financial profile."
"Really low rent. Used to be Athens State College dorms. Like older style dorms. So each floor section shares a bathroom. Shower and toilet. As rooms only have a small sink. So at least you can shave without dealing with the shared bathroom. Visitors are not allowed, which isn't a big deal to most,but I do have a sister and brother still around and would be nice if they could drop by now and again."
"U cant have anything or even have a visitors. The owners are extremely nosey and rude. Save ur money and find better."
"A very nasty place to live and a very nasty place to visit I have a friend that lives there and it's infested bad with bug's, spider's and every kind of bug the lady that owns it is to bossy, grouchy and cussed me out good when I visited my friend and it's like a prison no company And visitors and my friends kinfolks not allowed to visit him and she doesn't like for anyone to pick you up to take you somewhere a very bad person she is and she collect rent and evicts people illegally from Mary Lewis"
"I have been homeless for a month.started staying places that was unwelcome.just to be off the street.staying with my daughter right now. Until Monday. When my check comes. I was told I was welcome at the quadplex.and rent was affordable. Think you for your help."
