"Run don't walk, stay away from this old old outdated complex. The upgrades are not what they look like in the photos. Landlord is never on premises when needed, when leaving a message no return calls. They will act all nice in your face but a different way behind close doors. People that "works" there supposedly will enter unannounced, meaning they come when you are not there, you were never informed that anyone will be there for whatever reason, that's against the law according to a lawyer I once speak with. It's not worth the money, someone was living there with mold in there place, nothing was done so the person eventually moved out breaking their lease. I'm glad I moved out (3 mo ago) when I did because I was about to get the news channels involved with this place, maintenance is sorry. I moved from the area, yeah my rent is higher but I can enjoy a peace of mind when someone doesn't just bust up in your place unannounced. I know have cameras inside and out to protect my privacy and the landlord at my new place is awesome. Windsor has a slumlord along with a few worthless minions as her crew!!!!!!!!! Do Not Rent There"

"Gorgeous property and I considered moving here at one point, but if you have cats, forget it. They are not cat friendly but allow small dogs??? I ended up moving next door to Magnolia Row for a little bit more so I could have my cat with me."

"Bought out by new management company. Rent has doubled. Ive been harrassed by neighbor from DAY 1. Office has done NOTHING. Apartments are OLD and run down. Roof leaks, no repair to inside of apartment for damage. Could smell weed from adjourning apartment through vents upstairs and down. Car was broken into and numerous others, no cameras around property, so we installed our own. Put in notice to vacate in September to be out October 31st and now getting text to pay for November. We left a month early for dozens of reasons, if there was a issue then letting us know BEFORE October 31st would have been good. Now asking for all kinds of fees and dues. Even jacked up rent price! Charge for exterminator. Never seen anyone spray for bugs in 2 years I lived there. And I had camera in apartment. Workers would leave doors open so if you had pets they would get out. Unacceptable! If you read these reviews you will see a mass of comments left around 8 months ago. Thats because they offered discount on rent if you left a good review. SAD!!!"

"I’ve lived in two different town houses at Windsor over the past 7 years. Management is friendly, rent is reasonable, and the new owners are making updates all that time (dog park area, new fencing for the pool, etc.) that make the complex nicer. My neighbors are trustworthy, and the area is very safe. The commute to Huntsville or Decatur is also very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment with reasonable pricing in a good area."

"I have lived at Windsor Apartments for 6 months. I enjoyed living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is really great in summer. I never had any issues with noise or security. I feel safe. My apartment is cozy and everything functions well. Anytime I needed anything Susan and Roy always respond quickly. My neighbors are kind and respectful. I have zero complaints. It’s a great place to live!"
