"Dated, somewhat secure, clean exterior with fresh mowed grass and trimmed hedges. Pot holes in drive points to needed maintenance. The interior I viewed left something to be desired, attention to sheet rock and electrical was needed."
"Over priced and falling apart. I lived there and it's not worth it at all. None of my windows opened properly among other things that needed replacing. Just try to fund a nice house if you can."
"New Landlord has done a great job cleaning these townhomes up. New hardwood installed on 1st level and carpet installed on 2nd. Fresh paint and updated appliances. Peaceful place to live."
