"This is a pretty terrible place to live. I'm only giving it two stars because the inside of the apartment isn't that bad. The management is a joke. I'm typically a nice person, but I've lived here for 5 years, and I've had it. Today, May 31st, they said they were opening the pool, and then didn't for no reason. For the past few years, the pool has been closed for several weeks out of the summer. Sometimes, they close it on cloudy days, saying that it's due to bad weather when it's simply cloudy and no bad weather occurs. Other times, it's closed for seemingly no reason at all. The gym hasn't been open since the COVID-19 pandemic began. They are charging new tenants $850 for a three bedroom, and they consistently up the rent for current tenants. They advertise the pool and the gym, and probably factor these amenities into the price of the rent, but tenants rarely have access to them. Also, they offer the same upgrades for apartments each year: new blinds, a ceiling fan, and a few other things. Most tenants already have all of these things, we need other options. We were also told a few months ago that we had to clear everything from our yards because it needed to look presentable. So, we don't really have a lot of freedom either. In addition, the laundry unit is disgusting, and it's the only amenity that tenants currently have constant access to. Please, please, please, DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH, CONSISTENTLY UP RENT, AND DO NOT OFFER AMENITIES LIKE THEY SAY THEY DO. DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME."

"So far very friendly staff, and fair rent prices. As always, will update should things change. EDIT: When I signed the lease with my sister when hers was renewing, she asked them to include me as a resident. They decided to list me as an occupant. They won't let me talk to them, instead forcing my sister to do it who didn't want to walk down to the office and deal with them. From five stars to two stars, learn to listen."

"I’ve lived here for almost two years now and my family loves it here! Anytime we’ve had an issue, maintenance has always been here in a very reasonable amount of time to help which once I locked myself out and the other there was a leak in the front bathroom. The staff is super friendly and are always polite and always help whenever I’ve had to notify them of anything or go pay my rent, I love Holly and April! I’ve never been threatened with eviction either of the times I’ve been late with my rent, there is a late fee as there is with any complex you live in. The security officer lives on property and has always been quick to call me back if I’ve had an issue with anything. Closets are large and bedrooms are fairly big too especially compared to the apartments I’ve lived in before. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to my family and friends."
